On *th April, my Vistara flight got cancelled and after taking to customer care the airline has cancelled my ticket. Since i booked my ticket from HappyeasyGo, the airline informed that the refund will be reversed to original source and talk to travel agency for refund in your account. I did as I got instruction from both. It's been three months now and i never got a satisfactory response from the travel agency. The airline says that the travel agency has not initiated the process yet and the travel agency says the we want more time.
