- Refund not given for an ride for which I paid twice due to failed Transaction Open

**st August morning around *.**, I booked an Ola mini ride from ulhasnagar to Chembur destination for an amount of rs.***. I paid for that ride from my credit card with transaction ID -> www.olacabs.com ************ IN
amount for above transaction ID debited but transaction failed.
I took a second mini ride from Chembur to Ulhasnagar in the afternoon, while paying the fare. I got a request to pay for both rides .i.e *** + *** from previous ride. Total I paid **** rs. as in total.
Ola didn't initiated a refund for a failed transaction of rs.*** and above I mentioned transaction ID for the same and also they are not showing me proof that they haven't receive amount
