I booked flight with Easemytrip of indigo under PNR number IWJT*C indigo cancelled flight and processed full refund to ease my trip .
*) ease my trip didn`t processed my refund
*) when i connected customer service they charged me rs **** for cancellation .
My point is i never cancelled my ticket or flight it`s cancelled by airline and then processed by Easemytrip.
If flight is not cancelled by me why they are charging me convince charge they should charge airline who has cancelled flight.
More over easemytrip brag on add no convince fee but looting customer on the name of indian company.
If flight is cancelled by airline then they should proceed full refund and should not charge convince fee because flight cancellation by airline is inconvenience for customer not convince
