I Had Ordered * Nilkamal CHR **** MBG Plastic Chairs ( Order no. ***-*******-*******) On **st July **** At Nanded From Amazon.In & The Seller Was Kmax Nilkamal. Each Chair Was Worth RS *** & The Total Amount Was RS **** ( Txn no. ST**********). Order Had Been Delivered On **th August ****. Out Of * Chairs, * Chairs Were Good But * Chair Was Damaged. This Had Mismatched My Set Of * Chairs. I Had Made Replacement Order For The Damaged Chair On **th August **** (Order no. ***-*******-*******). Till **th August The Package Had Not Been Dispatched & Suddenly The Replacement Order Had Been Cancelled By The Seller On **th August ****. I Had Approached The Amazon Customer Team Member On **th August **** For The Above Said Issue, The Customer Team Member Had Given Me The Reason That The Seller Had Cancelled The Replacement Order Of * Chair As The Total Order Included * Chairs ( But There Was An Option To Replace * Chair On Amazon.in), He Had Assured Me That Refund Will Be Given In *-* Days. But Till **th August Refund Was Not Given, I Had Again Approached Amazon Customer Service On **th August , That Time They Had Created New Return Pickup & The Return Was Scheduled On **th August. But Return Had Not Occured. So Again On **st August I Had Approached Amazon Furniture Department, They Again Had Created New Return Pickup Which Was Scheduled On *st September **** But Till Today There Is No Return Pickup Nor The Refund Given. As The Issue Had Not Resolved, I Had Sent Mail To Cs-Reply@Amazon.In About The Issue On *nd September **** But Till Today Amazon Has Not Given Any Response To The Mail. Amazon Has Wasted My Money & Time & Has Given Me Mental Harassment.
I Request Voxya To Help Me To Receive My Refund & Compensation.
