I booked flight dated *th July **** bearing Yatra Reference no ************* and Indigo Airline Reference no TRYBGA and PNR - OUH**R
In less than * hrs from Date of Booking, I called customer care of Indigo and requested them to make corrections in name of passenger below, they helped me on call to raise new booking and they informed me that they will refund existing booking amount in * working days.
After * working days, I got email from Indigo they have processed refund amount and same is given to Yatra, I tried to claim on Yatra but it is not working, so I emailed Yatra after ** days I got email from Yatra they have refund only ****rs
Indigo has refunded *****rs and as per Yatra policy if any cancellation directly with airlines then they will charge **** per passenger so I should atleast get *****rs more but Yatra has stop responding to me on calls and Emails
Please help its hard earn money and I request VOXYA to take strict action against them
