Gionee P5 mini Order Number 407-2305783-0493126 .I had ordered a mobile for my relative , which was worth Rs 3990 . Before the product could be delivered , I got a message that the product has been cancelled . However , when i called up my relative , I got to know that the product has been delivered and he has also made payment . Then I talked to the customer care and firstly they told that the product has not been delivered , however , When I gave them the proof , then they admitted their mistake and said that they have confirmed from their vendor that the product has been delivered . Then amazon India assured that I can return the product and one person called up to take back the product . However , he never turned up and on calling again to the customer care , I was advised to courier the product back to the vendor . This was also confirmed by email by amazon . I sent back the goods by courier to the vendor and contacted amazon , then amazon abruptly changed their stand and told that the goods cannot be returned . It caused a lot of frustation and I had to bear thecost of sending the goods by courier. This is such an irresponsible attitude of the company that on one side they ask the consumer to ship back the goods and when the consumer ships back the goods , they say that the product cannot be returned . I have proof in the mails wherein the customer care has themselves advised to ship back the goods . This total negligent and callous behaviour of amazon.in is a matter of concern and strict action should be taken so that consumers are not taken for granted .
