I tried booking a flight via cleartrip twice for which payment failed apparently but the money was debited in one of them and they said it would be refunded in * to * days. This was a month ago. Till date, no refund. I have tried calling the customer care but it's automated and doesnt provide any information. I mailed their support for which I didn't get any replies. I am unable to even reach out to them to understand what the delay is. It's a pathetic service! I need help getting my hard earned cash from them. Their unprofessionalism is just unacceptable.
