I have cancelled the ticket due to spreading of corona virus in the city , from BBI TO PUNE , cancellation Date is ** March ****, now after of my several mail communications no response from the AIR ASIA AIRLINES ,, only one mail has received earlier that the refund money will be reimburse to your Account, ( Air Asia log in Account) on * April **** , hence nothing has changed yet , even no one is responding to my mail
