I have booked flight ticket on *th October from Delhi to port Blaire to be travelled on **th December with my wife through yatra.com portal but after * days a message came to my mobile number that my flight is rescheduled and it will reach port Blaire on**th of December earlier it will reach on **th December afternoon.
i talked to SpiceJet customer care executive and they said "we are very sorry sir for your inconvenience but if you allow us we cancelled your ticket and full refund tom your yatra.com account will be credited in ** hours and after that you will talked to yatra.com executive to transfer that amount in your account. "
till now no action in regards of my refund will be taken and i am very depressed regarding this.
