I booked my flight tickets via Yatra.com which got cancelled due to Covid-** situation. Airlines has refunded the amount but Yatra has still not refunded the amount. There is no satisfactory response from their end. They are sending mails that refund has been processed but nothing has been credited to my account. They are actually delaying and harassing customer and doing a fraud.
