I had a refund problem from brand factory online shopping .I am facing refund issue from September ** **** everytime when I contacted customer care there are saying we raised your query you will get your refund till now I had not received any refund sir I contacted them through mail also I not got any response from them Please solve my orders sir.My order ID's are ******,******,******
