- Refund not credited since 1206 Open
I paid Rs **** to Zoomcar using Cred Pay on **-**-**. The refund was initiated by zoomcar and refund was credited to Cred as confirmed by zoomcar (transaction ID ******) but Cred is yet to send me the same amount to the source payment or my bank account. I have contacted cred via email, chat and twitter but I have not received any help except generic response of waiting ** hours more multiple times. I just want my refund and I'll be done, please help!
