- Refund not credited even after 6 months of Ticket Cancellation Open
I have booked tickets to Europe (* passengers) from Bangalore in Dec ****, Flight was cancelled due to Covid and Ticket was also cancelled on **th March ****. Till now not received refund in my Card. Contacted Customer care and Sales through calls and Emails but issue not resolved. Customer care coveyed Refund was initiated on **rd July **** but not credited to my card yet and no proper response. I want to get my refund and penalty for delay in refund.
