I ordered one product in amazon. I am using Indian bank ATM card to pay money online. But after ** minutes I cancelled the order. That time I receive the message from Amazon. The message shows, "your order refund of ****.** was refunded your Rupay ATM card". But till date, I did not receive any refund money to my bank account.
I contact to the amazon customer care. He said the refund process already created amount was sent to your bank account contact the bank customer care number and get details and he is giving reference number for the refund. The reference number is ************. I contact the Indian bank customer care he is saying, "we are not considered the reference number and we want utp number otherwise we are not doing nothing". I also contact amazon customer care and asking utp number for my refund transaction he is saying this, "we have only reference number we don't have utp number". I am also asking for amazon customer care, the Indian bank customer care wants utp number you give it to me. The amazon customer care answering this question, " we only have reference don't have utp you get your details from bank customer care ".
I contact to the Indian bank customer care saying the conversation about amazon and he is giving only refund reference number. The Indian bank customer care reply to me this type of answer, " we only want utp number to get details about your refund and saying we don't take any action this problem and he saying irregular answer and not response correctly for me and also the Indian bank customer care saying, you take any action for this case we do not consider this case and replaying rudely to answer me".
I have hurt this type of answer. Amazon saying to contact Indian bank customer care and Indian bank customer care saying to contact amazon customer care. Both of them cheated to me. I am saying to both of them to lodge a complaint against you in consumer court. Both of them answer this question is " you take any action we do not consider this case, we do not consider the consumer court and also both of them saying how to solve and bargain this case in consumer court and also both of them saying we do not take any action for your refund process".
Money is mine. I going to any court to take action to get money back to me. Please help to me. I search the internet, many of the cases like this all of them cheat the consumer this type of money fraud and he is not take any action to this type of case.
Please help me and take over action to amazon and Indian bank and bring me back to me my money. Please help me.
