I want to cancel my booking but the refundable amount is Rs *.
I talked to the customer representative and they mentioned that I must have received an email with cancellation details but no email was received.
I only received a message with booking details.
Now, they say that no amount will be refunded as I'm cancelling before * days of my stay.
I would like to receive my money back as this is a mistake from their end. They should have sent an email(PS- If I would have received an email I would not have filed a complaint) or at least should have clarified this in the text message that they send to us.
I would like to receive my money back, please.
