I have purchased byjus digital package for **th Neet but later the commintment fails as I got no live classes as promised so I have taken offline admission in other institute . Now I called Byjus for refund and got no response . It is within refund policy that I can get refund if it is trial period and I am in trial period . I require refund but they are insisting me to keep the package .
