I cancelled my train tickets this Morning due to the fact that India is completely locked down for ** days, my train ticket PNR numbers that I cancelled are PNR Number: **********, PNR Number: ********** & PNR Number: **********. I did my job by being a proud Indian and following what our PM said that is not to travel or socialize, due to this I cancelled my tickets and got charged Rs. **** towards cancellations of all the train tickets. I think I am penalized for obeying what our PM said. I should not be charged any cancellation fees since the train is not runnin g on the given dates. Please advise the next step.
