- Refund issues from ACT fibernet Open
Bought a semi annual plan in the month of March. We have raised cancellation request in the month on June. They registered the cancellation only in August. Need to get refund for June, July, Aug, September. Scamming from many months for the refund that I need to get. This is my hard earned money. Everytime I call them I hear same reasons. No actions taken from the company. It is very annoying to make so many calls,send emails and tweets.
