I have booked a room on **.**.**** In hotel elite large via oyo app and online payment has been done (****) and we reached hotel,but hotel management informed us rooms are full. So we asked them for solutions.no proper update..so try near by hotel booked the room.we raised requests for refund only ** rupees refund has generated..so we try oya chat and customer call more than ** time no proper response...amount not refunded...very worst experience
