was placing an order for a Samsung phone using Airtel online store and the Order did not go through when I was placing the order at the payment section the order got refreshed and I was waiting for the refund I contacted your call centre and reported and they said it will take ** business days but I never received the refund I am also attaching the payment reference number for your notice please let me know that this transaction never happened so I can put it to my bank, it was promised ** business days and again ** hours for escalation but no response.
