- Refund is not getting processed Open
I have booked Zoomcar during its offer period where they have told that in case if we cancel the booking full amount will be refunded. I have cancelled my booking approximately on **nd March **** due to Covid situation. They told my money will be credited in *-** days. But this didn't happened. I waited similarly for *-* times and made several call to their Customer support. But nothing changed instead they started behaving bad like disconnecting the call and not calling back. After waiting for more than ** days now they are telling me to wait for *-* weeks or till the lock down is over. They didn't respond to my questions and simply using their scripts to makesure they reply to my email. Now i am getting completely depressed due to this kind of behavior from Zoom car and fake promises by Zoom car. I want my money badly. Need assistance on this. What should i do further?
