- Refund from Travel Agency Closed
I had booked a * Nights - * days Sikkim - Gangtok- Darjeeling holiday package with Trip anthem for holidays starting *th April **** to **th April ****. The booking was made on *th Feb **** and I have paid down payment of Rs.****/- along with *st installment of Rs.*****/-. Due to COVID ** , my flights was cancelled and Sikkim government had cancelled all travel and hence had to cancel this trip. I have paid total of Rs.*****/- to trip anthem, and I have been asking for a refund since March ****. The company is not providing any updates on my refund and not responding to my calls and emails. I am sending emails every month and the response is negative. Hence I am requesting the consumer forum to help me in this regard.
