I booked my bus tickets from Paytm on **th April **** from Kochi to Hyderabad. I booked * tickets at that time and after that, I cancelled only one ticket and within * hour I got my refund. My journey was on the *th of May. But I did not get any message from paytm or from Orange tour and travels (Bus Operator) that my rest two tickets are also cancelled. I even got my boarding information but at the end moment, I wasn't allowed to board the bus. I and my friend was standing like two stupids in an unknown city we didn't even know that our tickets are cancelled. I called the bus operator but he told me that the tickets got cancelled by paytm itself so we gave your seats to other travellers.
When I contacted Orange tour and travels they simply said that we have already initiated your amount. It's not our problem if paytm guys are not giving you your money.
After that, they are even asking me to give feedback. Seriously, I didn't even travel on my tickets. They ate my money. I am calling them since *th of May and I didn't get any kind of response from them.
It wasn't even a small amount. I am loosing my * thousand rupees. I am attaching ticket, boarding information that I should not get if my tickets got cancelled and my order ID.
I am very upset. They are not even listening to me. Every time they used to say that we have highlighted your query and this time you will get revert from us for sure but they never used to contact me back.
I have many hope from your side that writing you will work out and my problem will get solved ASAP. Order ID: **********
