I booked * tickets from Mumbai to Kochi on December *nd. After payment and confirm action they mailed me the tickets. And after ** minutes I got a mail stating that there were revision in fare and my tickets got cancelled. Refund will be initiated then and the entire amount will be credited within ** working days. It's been a month now. Whenever I contact them they are providing lame excuses.
