Refund for recharge not done. Open

Complaint filed against: PayTM
I have done recharge of Rs.349 from paytm using my axis bank debit card. My balance deducted instantly but in paytm app, recharge status said waiting for payment confirmation. For 3 days status was same. Now paytm updated status that payment failed as bank did not confirmed payment. But when I talked to bank manager, he said that payment confirmation automatically sent when balance is deducted. I have raised many concern and queries to paytm. But they are saying same thing that confirmation is pending. And are reluctant to look into this issue. And also their response look as it is computer generated one. They don't even look into description provided in query. And also their customer care number is not allowing to speak to any representatives.
I also want to register complaint against paytm in consumer court.
