- Refund for No Broadband Connection Received Open

Hi Team,
I applied for broadband connection from Airtel on dated **th - March - **** , however, request was raised before lockdown and the person who had promised me has not provided me the connection which was very much essential for me as per the situation as I have to work from home.
And every day i try to contact the agent, he is only giving me excuses and after * or * days he stopped replying me or receiving my calls.
Since I have not received the connection I have been using my mobile hotspot and has really helped me to survive else I would have lost my job and in such difficult time.
Reason for raising this issue finally is to get my refund as the person who has taken the payment (online) is not confirming properly on this , even i have written the same issue to *** airtel email but no action every reply they come back and ask me CAF number and personal details by different individuals , since i have not received any information after making payment so i dont have any CAF number but i replied them atleast with my personal details but still no action, hence request team to check the issue also i do have bank statement for the same as proof.
Appreciate your help at the earliest as this has been pending from months as it will be great help during this hardship.
