I am waiting for a refund for my three flights which got cancelled due to lockdown. It has been more than ** days but they still have not refunded my amount. Write to Indigo and they replied stating that they have refunded the money to the travel agent (Yatra). They are not responding to emails and messages and their customer service numbers don't work.
