My flight got cancelled due to corona outbreak in May **** by the airline as per gov guidelines.
Airline Indigo informed that the refund has been already paid to Yatra.com. Yatra also confirmed over email that the payment was initiated on October, *th, ****. It's been more than * months now from the date Yatra claimed refund has been initiated (*th October) however till date no refund amount has been received in my account.
