Complaint filed against: Zomato
I ordered a pizza from Domino's today at 7:43 pm Order details as follow
Order from Domino's Pizza.
Placed on 16th Dec at 07:43 PM.
But the order got cancelled due to some address issue at their end.
I paid it online.
When i come to chat suppost of zomato they are saying its not cancelled.
But i got a confirmation call from Domino's thats the order is cancelled.
6 days passed awey since no reply from Zomato.
Resolution Demanded: An apology letter from company official, Get refund or credit for your purchase
