*-I booked two tickets (two seniors AMAR NATH TANDON **, Mrs. NALINI TANDON **) from Toronto to Delhi and back with Jet Airways through M/S Makemytrip.com. Copy enclosed
*-We completed the onwards journey (Toronto to Delhi) as per schedule.
*-In April **** we got an e-mail from Jet Airways that our return journey flight (Delhi to Toronto) had been canceled.
*-We requested (through email and telephone from India as well as from Canada) to both, the agency and the airline to provide alternative flight giving the margin of date and time as well as the airlines but they did not oblige us. - Different emails are enclosed.
*-Meanwhile our dates of the journey were fast approaching. We had to purchase tickets at a higher price. That too from Makemytrip.com. It is astonishing that M/S makemytrip.com was selling tickets on higher rates but not providing seats to already booked tickets.
*-Meanwhile we were asked to request a refund that we applied. They offered Rs. ***** (for * tickets) which we rejected - various emails and ref of telephonic calls are enclosed
*- They have put approximately **K in My Wallet(Better known to them what is what and where is that).
*- Our request is that refund of one side journey from DELHI TO TORONTO as per the invoice shown in the new tickets be made and a compensation of Rs. ***** be also made against harassment and inconvenience.
