Hi I had booked * tickets through red bus in Mar '** for my travel to be scheduled on *st May , however due to government directives my booking got cancelled when the lock down got extended until may'**, when I called red bus customer care they informed that due to auto cancellation the booking amount of *****/- would get refunded within * to * working days of auto cancellation i.e for **th Apr'**, however, till date I've not got refund, I tried to call them but there is no call support available, online not chat complaint they said would get refunded but even after escalating many times they have not done the refund, now I cannot even complain through online chat help as it mentions order details not traceable, I don't know how to get this resolved , hence using the customer redressal forum to lodge my complaint, so that my refund is provided quickly
