I checked in to this hotel Amritsar residency on GT road Amritsar on *feb at **pm after travelling ***-*** in bus. I was dead tired. And asked the oyo customer care to call the hotel and keep my room ready. I went to the hotel and the manager gave us the room key and the staff guided us to the room. After entering the room. Some odd smell was coming from the room.Then i saw the sheets were not cleaned. It was just dirty. They gave us the room which wasn't cleaned. There were ashes of cigarettes present on the room table. Bedsheets were having stains on it.the tv wasn't working and the washroom was dirty it looked like it was a public washroon then I asked them to change my room and they simply said this okay you have to adjust. Just because of this i left the hotel in the morning as at i wasnt safe to travel on that with a girl . Next day on * feb I mailed the oyo guest experience manager abt all this and got no reply till now *rd feb. Then i called the oyo customer care and told them abt what Happened and asked for refund she said its out of policy that they cant refund or do anything after check out.
