I have made the transaction on **st December **** with the Ferns and petals merchant for the amount rs.***. After payment , page displayed that product is unavailable. So, I have had to cancel my order and received a notification from FNP Merchant stating that they have refunded the amount from their end. But I have not yet received the amount. They gave us a transaction number to check with bank and the bank confirmed that the given transaction number is invalid. .
