I had purchased * bedsheets from Mr.Himanshu on Nov *th **** , order number *** through net banking. As Mr.Himanshu had sent different color bedsheets from what I had ordered, I wished to return the products as per the return policy. As they were not having the return pickup courier, he had asked me to send the return by courier and he told that he will refund me the courier amount also. I had sent you the products on December **th **** which was received by him on December **th ****. The cost break-up is given below.
Bedsheet cost - Rs.****.**
Courier cost - Rs.***.**
Total - Rs.****.**
Mr. Himanshu had transferred Rs.****/- on Dec **rd **** as an advance and promised me to refund the balance amount of Rs.****/- on December **th ****. But till today I didn't receive my money back. After multiple follow-ups through pay-u-money customer care, he had promised (again) to refund the remaining amount of Rs.****/- by January **th ****. But still I have not yet received the refund money even after multiple follow-ups by me and PayUMoney.
Kindly ask him to refund the remaining amount Rs.****/- immediately.
