I had ordered an item through vplak online website on Nov *nd **:** PM IST and I cancelled the order next day morning ( *rd Nov ) * AM as there were many negative reviews about the product. The item which I ordered was Polk Audio Magnifi Max SR Soundbar system for Rs **,***/-.
The order ID is ********** and payment was made through UPI transfer.
I have been following up with customer care number on a daily basis and what thry is saying it will take ** hours to process the refund. The amount was not processed for refund and I am calling them daily.
Please help me to get back my money and take necessary steps to ban the website so that other people will not fall into this and suffer.
