I have booked train ticket from Bangalore to Ambur through an online website. The next day I cancelled my ticket, I still haven’t received my refund amount of rs.360. When I tried to reach out to the online website customer care, they are stating like only 170 will be credited to your account in 14 business days and 190 will be cancellation charge deducted by IRCTC. Atleast cancellation charge of rs. 50 is affordable. I need my refund amount back to my account at the earliest.Please do the needful.
