- Refund Amount Did not Reflected to my Account Open

I really fed up asking SBI for crediting the REFUND amount to my account for past one month with several Emails and Tweet.But Still my issue has not been resolved.Let me Explain clearly from the beginning.
I purchased a product of Rs ****.** on myntra by using PAYZAPP for the transaction and in the PAYZAPP I used my SBI GLOBAL DEBIT CARD for the Transaction.Since i Returned the Product myntra has processed my refund to the PAYZAPP and PAYZAPP transferred the Amount to the SOURCE card used

These are the Details that are given by the Payzapp Team . And They Confirmed me that the amount is with the Bank and its bank's fault that they are not crediting my amount back .
I am Struggling to get that amount Rs ****.** for past one month . The Amount is not small . I can't leave as such .
Please Help me Get the Refund Amount.
