- Refund against wrong and worst room booked through Goibibo Open

Hi,
First of all, I am very surprised to see the mail in which mention that we are unable to refund your amount. After chasing the goibibo team on * July on which date I have made the booking of my room at Turkish hotel which was in a very bad condition as I sent all the required images to the goibibo help desk as requested. It was stinky, foul smell, seepage and suffocated room available in the hotel.
The owner behavior was also very rude and when goibibo associate was trying to call at his number he was disconnecting the calls intentionally as I all these things mentioned earlier to goibibo customer care as I have recording with me for all conversations.
I have called up goibibo team back to back for its solution on that date but they didn't give me any other alternative of it finally I booked another hotel from my own pocket.
It is really a very worst experience and defame activity of Goibibo as I am hotline customer and approached many times and mentioned the same earlier too that hotel owner behavior is not good he already told me do whatever u want I will not refund your money in any case.
So why goibibo team was waiting for as I booked through goibibo in this case it is the liability of goibibo to pay my money back.
I want my refund in my account as soon as possible. In other case I have to file FIR against this fraudulent activity.
As I am the old customer of goibibo I am requesting you again look into this matter before loose any reputation in the market among your hotline customer.
