i had ordered Iphone ** on **th October ****. while doing payment OTP entered and screen became white. I think its error. so, I tries another payment. after some time * orders takes place. I need only *, so I cancelled other one. On **th November * EMIs deducted from my account (One for cancelled order also). I contact to jiomart team via mail and customer care call on *th November to **th november almost ** times. They dont know where the refund is? By whom it will be initiated? When it will be initiated? I want refund before **th November to avoid next double EMI deductions
