I cancelled my flight on **nd march on the site and it was cancelled as displayed on happyeasygo site but that time I did not get any cancellation mail or message. I tried calling them but no response. The status was showing as refunding so I just waited for refund for * months. Now when I mailed them asking for refund they are saying Indigo has confirmed "No-Show" for PNR and that's why they can't refund whereas till now on their site the status is"Refunding". Also, the trip that was completed * month before , they have put under Cancellations and this recent trip they have put under completed. It's their technical error due to which may be Indigo was not informed about cancellation and now they are not refunding.
