- Refrigerator Not Repaired but charged ^Open

On *st September we called South Mumbai Repair Services from JustDial for checking our fridge which was not cooling well. A person named Ramesh came and said Compressor needs to be replaced. He did that few days later but still did not work. Then said the Sensor not working so need new. Few days later put a supposedly new sensor, but STILL refrigerator was only cooling in the deep freezer section. Again he came and said the new sensor was faulty piece and has to buy another one... put the new sensor saying now it will work. Still it was not cooling . Furthermore there was water collecting in the deep freezer.
Called the person in charge, Ajay and he said he will send the but no one showed up. Called him couple of times but either the receptionist would say "wait" and hung up or he is out of town.
-- *st oct. the man came and took yet another part from the fridge and said will return in * day but again * days no show or call.
Meanwhile i also contacted Justdial regarding this and their rep. tried to do concall with them but the assistant said he is out of town.
Finally out of desperation we bought a new fridge (booked on *rd October came few days later) as cannot go on waiting for them.
I have been given a bill from Parth Services in Malad who too I had called few times but they were least concerned. Been charged Rs.*****/- (Rs.*****/- plus they took separately for the sensor ) for this and they have written one year warranty but the fridge has NOT EVEN WORKED properly for FEW DAYS, not to mention the food items that went bad thanks to all this and the trouble faced by us during this time.
- Such services are clearly deficient in the services they claim to provide and are misleading and fooling public through their misleading advertisements and fake ratings on sites like JustDial.
I have also sent them emails via https://consumerhelpline.gov.in where too i complained against them but no response.
Hoping this site Voxya will help me.
I would like a full refund of the money they have charged us, not a paisa more or less.
