- Reduction in Refund amount Open
I have booked tickets for my family through Cleartrip online portal on Feb. **, **** to travel on April *, **** for Kochi-Abu Dhabi-Kochi return journey. The flight was rescheduled by Indigo Airlines and accordingly, they cancelled the tickets with full refund amount Dirhams
****.** (they have sent cancellation itinerary for full refund). But when I cancelled the tickets through Cleartrip portal for refund formalities, they sent me a e-mail message showing a deduction of Dirhams ****.** from the refund amount and credited the amount back to my debit card on **st March, ****. Their Customer service offices (in India as well as UAE) are not at all accessible during these days to raise a complaint. Please help.
