I have booked a bus on REDBUS app for my journey from KATPADI ( Tamil Nadu ) to Hyderabad on **/MARCH/****. But on the day of the travel when I called the bus operator I came to know that the bus was actually from Katpady( Karnataka) to HYDERABAD. RedBus app wrongly listed this bus under Katpadi (Tamil Nadu). I demand a complete refund.
