I had booked a confirm ticket of UPSRTC (Jan Rath A/C *+*) using red bus app from Delhi to Rishikesh on **th June ****. I was standing there at boarding place right from *:** pm and the boarding time was *:** pm. But the bus operator didn't even call me when the bus arrived there or not. I didn't know about that because after booking the tickets. I didn't receive the message regarding the bus number.
Also when I called the bus operator which is given in my bus booking ticket no one responds to it. So this all caused so much problem for me. When I called on the other number given on the ticket they talked to me so rudely. They didn't even answer my questions. This is not at all acceptable. I had to book another bus ticket and paid there again. I am also trying many times on the customer care number of Red Bus. They only said that please wait when our booking department confirms from the bus we revert your amount. They didn't give me an exact time for waiting. My Ticket number is TN*F******** and my PNR number is Xrsk*************/SBD and also complaint on Red Bus customer care where my complaint id is *******. As per Red Bus customer care, my complaint is in high priority but they didn't respond to me in after approx * month.
Now I want a refund for the bus ticket I have paid. I want a refund soon. Bus ticket fares are Rs. ***/-. I didn't even travel on that bus. I want a refund. This all has caused so much problem to me and It all caused so much panic. Just give me the refund for this bus ticket.
