I have recharge my account number:********** on *th Feb,**** with amount of rs.***. but still channel services were not started. So i wrote a mail to customer care. They replied transaction failed so ask to bank or website from where recharge done. I asked both bank and website (Amazon pay) they clealy said amount is credited to airtel. So i again wrote mail to airtel but still they said transaction has failed. Now where is the problem ? How can i come to know ?
