I tried to recharge my number in paytm App, but airtel recharge has not done but amount has been debited from my account. I asked my bank regarding this refund but they told that I need to ask Paytm app only. I am trying to contact paytm but there is no helpline number for this issue, just they will show only FAQ in the App that's. How can I ask my money with them and how to contact them? Not possible to contact them only. In the FAQ they have mentioned within ** hours my amount will refund but * week has completed still I didn't get refund
