I made the payment still getting calls for legal action from OLA. I raised this issue to OLA support and ticket ********* was generated by them. I made the payment it was successful. I shared the same with OLA personnel who called me (She generated the payment link for me and payment was made on the same). The payment was done via credit card, the card was charged, the monthly statement was generated for the card with this transaction. I paid the card payment as well and now OLA is saying the payment was failed. I provided them with all the details and screenshots of messages and transaction. Still getting the irritating calls from them for legal action. I sent them multiple emails with every possible detail but they are not understanding the query instead asking me to repay this. I have been getting around *-* IVR calls per day without anyone real person calling to discuss lately. Even there was a call made at *.** am in late night/early morning. How am I suppose to deal with such calls and pathetic support from OLA? I have made several calls to my credit card provider. They have provided me with the reference number of all the transaction involved here and clearly mentioned that merchant (which is OLA) has made the claim the amount and also provided me with the reference number MT********************* for the same stating that it was successfully claimed by OLA. I am not going to pick any call which shows OLA on truecaller. Going forward to discuss in this regard.
