I placed an order with Swiggy on a sunday afternoon and they took * */* hr to deliver the wrong items. So, I reached out to swiggy customer service to raise a complaint and to request a refund as i got a completely different order or to replace the order. They didn't agree for a refund nor to replace the order. I did shared all the details like bill and photos with them. They deducted **% of the total order amount and are giving the rest as a coupon. I don't understand why am i responsible for paying **% of total order with out my mistake. They were very rude and have disconnected the call. Never saw such a worst service in my life time. Not sure why people are still trusting those people.
