I ordered a large pizza - Classic cheesy tandoori paneer..from Captain Sam's restaurant but they sent me a medium one with different toppings - tandoori paneer was not there instead uncooked paneer was given and baby corn was also missing.
I reported the same to swiggy customer support but they refused to pay any compensation for my loss.
What is this? You cheat us on our order and when different item is delivered, you don't take any charges to provide a resolution, instead of that you say a typical line to rate the restaurant as bad. What will happen by only rating the restaurant, will I get my lost money back?
I want strict action to be taking against such restaurants who cheat customers with different orders and more strict action against swiggy that do not value their customer's time and money. They let their customers suffer.
