- Received wrong item and completely different product from Flipkart Order No Open

Sir / MadamI have placed an order of VULCAN ** LAPTOP WEEKENDER (E) BLUE ** L Laptop Backpack (Blue, Black) on **th Oct **** and they promised me to deliver the product on **th Oct **** but unfortunately, they delay my order and delivered it today (**.**.****) but the product was totally different I requested to Flipkart executive for a replacement of the product but they never processed it and they only rejected with no proper explanation.
I am feeling very dissatisfied by the service and the wrong committed by Flipkart during Big Million days
And the bags has no price tag and it's used by someone else and then delivered to me.
I request you to look into the above matter and give me a steady solution as soon as possible
